I am truly blessed in my life. This project has been so much fun. I can’t believe how close we are to completion. What I’ve learned from this project is priceless. I can’t wait to post all the before and after pictures!

Sublime shoulder and Ab workout as promised!! - - Overhead BB press (10 reps) superset with anterior, lateral-rear flies to failure - 4 sets - Ab Roll superset with Torso Rotations - ensure on the ab roll to brace your core by holding your breath before drawing yourself forward, this ensures no arching or dominance of the lower back. This workout is sound for the development of those little chiclets everyone worries about (rectus abdominis) When drawing yourself forward aim to have your thighs touch the floor and keep your chin tucked - - Dragonflies (4x10) by far my most favourite ab exercise and definitely a big progression from movements like the ab roller so assess yourself and give it a go 👊🏼 #ShoulderDay #absworkout #abs #fitness #bodybuilding #physique #fitspo #inspo #healthylifestyle #health #fitnessmotivation #fitspiration #grind #workoutmotivation #workout #GETIT
