TWO YEARS ago, I started training with @ell_diabloooo. Through thousands of reps, multiple injuries, and much more, he's always been behind me telling me to get the negative thoughts out of my head and focus on the lift. Talking me through any shred of doubt that I have. All sound gets drowned out except his voice, giving me simple cues like "Keep it tight!" My success/failures in the gym are his success/failures. To be honest, I have learned such an incredible amount of good stuff these last two weeks. . . Cutting body fat is not easy. But it also isn’t rocket science. . . I wonder why it’s like that 🤔. . But, this is natural! . Unfortunately, this can create muscular imbalances over the years and can lead to other problems like hip or knee pain. . That’s a no no. . To fix this, simply unilateral train and make some unilateral gains 💪🏼.
